Notes Available Tips

- Any potential available note is listed on the left side bar under "Notes List".  Simply click on a name listed and it will give you a brief summary of the note details.

- If you would like additional information on a particular note, contact the office by phone or email. 

- All "Loan Terms" and "Amortization" are stated in months.

- All "Payments" are the expected payment the investor would receive each month. On partially amortized and fully amortized notes, this payment would increase a small fraction each month.

- The Loan Servicing Fee for LTV Private Equity to service the note has already been calculated in the payment.

- The stamp "Available Now" represents a note that is sitting in the Warehouse.  Warehouse notes are loans that closed with "In House" money and are ready for immediate assignment.
